It was another terrifying Monday morning, not for Yashna, instead it's Aaradhya now, as it was her first day as a doctor trainee. The automatic glass door slid open as she entered inside, the sterile scent of the antiseptic hit her first, followed by the rhythm of beeping monitors and hurried footsteps.

Clutching her bag a little tight she went towards the receptionist. "How may I help you, miss?" "I'm Aaradhya. The new trainee here. May I know where Dr. Balachander's cabin is?" "Oh. It's on the second floor, miss. Do you need anything else?" "No. Thank you."

AARADHYA'S POV

I checked the time. Shit. It's 9.24 now. I have to be present there at 9.30. I heard that the Doctor is very punctual and he expects the same from his trainees. So I'm going to be dead. A very good start to my first ever working day. I ran hurriedly towards the lift. But has luck ever been by my side? Never. The lift is under maintenance. So now I have to climb two floors like a monkey.

Time skip 2 minutes.

"Ayyo Amma ayyo huh, shabbaaa" I heaved a deep sigh once I stepped on the last stairs. I, once again checked the time, it's 9.26. I still have 4 mins left. Ok I'll find his cabin within that. I walked up faster, no, a little faster, to reach his cabin, but I seem to find it nowhere. Where in the hell is Dr.Balachander? God, it's like my heart's gonna explode in anxiety, each passing second, makes me go insane.

"Hey, Aara, hey, hey, Aara, AARADHYA" Yashna frowned looking at her friend being lost somewhere. "Huh what? What happened?" Aaradhya asked being clueless. "Where are you being lost? How was your first day working at your dream hospital? Was It fun? Were the doctors there looking good?Handsome?Found your prince charming?" "You and your useless thoughts. The school buzzed with noise and movement as students rushed through the hallways and out onto the ground. Whispers, murmurs and hurried footsteps filling in the air. The crowd grew large and in the center of the chaos, stood the young Rudradev, throwing rapid punches onto one of his classmates, till the blood oozed out of his body, unbothered.

The students watched the fight, some shouting, while many trembled. In fear. To never cross paths with Rudradev, the ruthless bad genius of the school. He stood up, wiping the blood off his hands and threw one last glance at the poor boy, lying there almost dead. "Rudradev, at the principal's office. now." Informed one of the teachers.

At the principal office"Rudradev, This is the second time this week. Do you have anything to explain? About your actions earlier." The principal sighed, being done with his attitude."Sir,he-" Vihaan interrupted, "Vihaan, stay out" "but-" "I don't like to repeat myself.""Sorry, sir." With that Vihaan went out."Rudradev, this is your last call, I won't tolerate you creating chaos hereafter. So be mindful. You may leave." Rudradev nodded his head and went out. There stood Vihaan leaning on the wall, sucking his lollipop, "What bro, everything went good? Do you want one too? Adadey I only have one. Seri vidu *(ok leave it) either way you are going to come here again tomorrow, I'll bring two then." Vihaan laughed out mockingly. "Shut up." Rudradev gritted. "What are you both doing here still?" the principal came out.

Suddenly Yashna came towards them with a file in her hand. "Sir, you need to sign this file." She handed the file over to the principal. The principal took the file from her, saying "Rudradev, getting top ranks isn't the only one that's important, discipline matters too. Learn from Yashna." with that he went. Rudra clenched his jaw while the both glared at each other, a silent vow to be rivals forever.
